The City of Madison launched a green infrastructure study in part of the Westmorland neighborhood. In summer 2020, Holly, Euclid, St. Clair and Toepfer will undergo reconstruction. Residents on these streets that have terraces suitable for a rain basin will receive them. They do have the chance to upgrade to a terrace rain garden for $100, which will also take in stormwater off the street.
