Odana Rain Garden Work Party

Help Friends of Lake Wingra complete fall maintenance on the Odana Rain Garden!
Bring rakes for everyone. A few should bring hand clippers.
Meet at garden, located on the east side of the Odana Hills Gold Course, just north of the woods.
You can get there on bike via the SW Bike Trail, heading north at the junction just west of Midvale Blvd. Or you can park at the south end of the golf parking area.
We will be removing leaves, dead vegetation, and saplings. Besides reducing nutrient loss to the lakes, this will improve its appearance. We’ll provide a shovel and garbage cans. Leadership provided by Jim Baumann, 277-0020.
